Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with our Client to recruit an Associate HR Business Partner. This newly defined role is based on the outskirts of Basingstoke, full-time, permanent, with a salary of £48k–£50k DOE, plus some fantastic benefits!
Role Responsibilities
- Managing the full employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment and workforce planning)
- Providing hands-on Employee Relations (ER) support, including risk assessments, health referrals, and occupational health processes
- Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and processes
- Using HRIS to improve reporting and performance management processes
- Monitoring and analysing HR data to identify trends and support business decisions
You will report int to Head of HR, who will retain oversight of complex ER cases during the first half of 2025, making it essential that you are comfortable working within this dynamic. The role is expected to evolve into a full HR Business Partner position over time.
Role Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualified with 2+ years of hands-on generalist experience
- Comfortable supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced operational HR environment
- Inquisitive and data-literate, able to identify process improvements and spot trends
- Experienced with HRIS systems
This position is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week working from home. There will also be the requirement for business travel approximately once a month, so flexibility is a must. In return you will be offered a salary up to £50,000 per annum DOE.
