Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Salary: £25,300

Are you an experienced Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about providing an excellent service?
Customer Service Role Overview:
Working for a fantastic business based in Southampton, you will be part of a team of Product Specialists responsible for handling all customer enquiries. You will undergo 2-3 weeks of training to aid you in offering the best service possible. There will be 1 late shift a week, working 1pm – 9pm and 1 in 4 weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with two weekdays off the following week.
What the Customer Service role will involve:
- Replying to customer enquiries through a range of channels including WhatsApp, Phone, Social Media and Ticketing systems
- Providing high-quality answers to queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Working collaboratively to uphold and improve Trustpilot ratings
- Following company procedures when handling returns
