Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with our fantastic client, in the search for a Finance Manager, based in Northampton. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, as they are currently in a period of growth.
Reporting into a knowledgeable and approachable Financial Controller, you will take ownership and responsibility for the company’s financial operations, driving the success of the business.
Some of your duties will include:
- Produce, timely and accurate consolidation of group accounts and reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for management
- Cashflow forecasting
- Contribute towards the year-end statutory audit
- Support budget preparation
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified along with relevant working experience. If you have knowledge of SAGE or SAP this would be advantageous, and you will also have strong Excel skills.
As an individual, you will be a strong and effective communicator, have strong attention to detail, be enthusiastic and able to remain calm under pressure.
In return, our client is offering a salary of circa £65,000, plus some fantastic benefits including flexible start and finish times, private healthcare and EAP.
