Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting our Client, on their search for a Health and Safety Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Portsmouth.
Reporting in to the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating H&S requirements, across all areas of the business.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, regulations, and statutory obligations, including regular reviews and updates.
- Manage risk assessments, accident documentation, and safety inspections for equipment, operations, and employees.
- Maintain the H&S data and system information, ensuring it is all up to date and correct.
- Complete staff inductions and training as required.
To be a successful candidate, you will:
- Have experience working within a similar role.
- Hold an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and IT skills.
- Manufacturing experience is desirable.
In return, our client is offering a salary between £35,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience, plus some fantastic benefits, including 27 days holiday + BH, private healthcare and an enhanced pension.
