Liberty Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with our client to source a HR Advisor who will be working with stakeholders and servicing their HR needs.
This is a full time, permanent position with a huge amount of flexibility and variety, which will allow you to manage your own diary how you see fit.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting stakeholders to support their ER needs, including; leading and supporting of disciplinaries, grievances and restructures.
- Designing and creating policies and procedures.
- Providing expert advice and support on a range of subjects, including; recruitment, OD, absence management and performance management.
- Leading People & Culture projects.
This role will suit someone with proven HR Advisory experience, who is looking for their next challenge, where no two days are the same!
As an individual you will be comfortable working with ambiguity, be self-motivated, flexible and entrepreneurial.
This role reports directly into a fantastic HR Director, who is a very collaborative and supportive leader, with a wealth of HR knowledge. The salary will be between £33,000 and £38,000, DOE, as well as some fantastic benefits!
Their HQ is based in Southampton, with a satellite office in London. This is a very hybrid role, where you will need to travel to other sites as required, and mileage will be paid.
