Our client is a well-established global SME, who are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to play an integral role within the HR Department. You will report into the HR Manager who is supportive, collaborative and receptive of new ideas.
The role would suit a strong HR Generalist who has Recruitment experience.
Based in Fareham, Hampshire, paying up to £35,0000 (DOE) with an extensive list of company benefits, this is absolutely not an opportunity to be missed.
What you’ll do:
- You will be the first point of contact for HR queries for the business, which is multi-site.
- Your experience will cover the full employee lifecycle, with a generalist leaning.
- Support low to medium ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness.
- Support and coach Managers in the business on all HR matters, including Recruitment.
- Lead Recruitment in the business, including; managing the ATS, supporting all recruitment activities, security clearance, onboarding and probation.
- You will also have the support of two other employees in the business on HR matters. This will provide you with development opportunities.
- Maintaining HR records and data management, data analysis and metrics.
- Review policies and processes in the business to ensure continuous improvement.
- You will be involved in various projects and support the execution of the People Plan.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to support, but respectfully challenge when necessary.
- Be a team player who has great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a flexible approach, who enjoys building trusted and open stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum preferred.
