This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional ready to take the next step in their career. Working alongside an experienced HR team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of people activities, develop your business partnering skills and have the opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged HR Business Partner position.
The role will offer a varied mix of operational HR, payroll coordination, systems management and ER with the chance to take ownership of projects and make a real contribution to the wider business.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating payroll information, including starters, leavers, overtime and absence.
- Maintaining employee records, analysing HR data and improving system accuracy.
- Managing the Indeed recruitment platform and supporting system integration.
- Advising on day-to-day ER matters, including return-to-work meetings and disciplinaries.
- Supporting TUPE, restructures and redundancy consultations.
- Working with managers to improve HR processes and people management practices.
What we're looking for:
- Generalist HR experience, ideally in an operational environment.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and ER.
- Payroll exposure and confidence using HR systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills.
- An approachable, resilient communicator who can manage competing priorities.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, or working towards it.

- Salary of up to £34,000, depending on experience.
