Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in the search for a HR Business Partner to join the team at their Portsmouth HQ on a hybrid basis.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and implementing culture change using data-led initiatives that work towards the business HR strategy.
This role is offered on an 8-Month Fixed Term Contract basis and the salary is up to £45,000 PA (FTE) depending on experience, plus a number of great benefits, including up to 15% pension contribution, life assurance, private medical, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and even more!
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Driving change through the business, working collaboratively alongside the Leadership and People and Culture team.
- Implementing recommendations and initiatives using the extensive survey insights.
- Using the new systems and processes to further promote change across the business.
- Supporting with a range of HR activity spanning the full employee lifecycle.
As an individual you will have the following skills and experience:
- Completed successful change projects.
- HR and Employment legislation exposure.
- Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment.
- Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
