In this role, you will report into a fantastic Head of People where you will be leading the recruitment function.
You will be providing a comprehensive advisory and transactional administrative service across the organisation, ensuring all activity is undertaken in a timely and professional manner having high regard for quality, compliance, and brand.
You will be an experienced HR Administrator/Co-ordinator looking to take the next step in your career, you will be confident in providing support and coaching to managers on all recruitment matters.
You will have worked as a part of a HR team within a busy, fast paced environment, and thrive on providing excellent customer services to always ensure best practice.
As a person you will be a confident communicator along with being enthusiastic and IT savvy! You must be a real people person, who is self-motivated and innovative.
In return our client is offering a salary up to £28,800 DEO, plus numerous benefits including; 30 days’ annual leave + bank holidays, free counselling & wellbeing support, free on-site gym, Christmas shutdown and free parking.
