Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to partner exclusively with our client to gain a HR Officer into their small but perfectly formed HR department! This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly team, based in Cheltenham.
You will be working closely with a supportive HR Manager to deliver an outstanding HR service to the business.
As an HR Officer, you will be providing a professional service to all members of staff. You will also be given the opportunity to get involved with a variety of HR related activities and projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Providing administration support for HR Department
- Assisting with recruitment and selection
- Overseeing the probation process
- Responding to HR queries as they come through
- Assisting with monthly payroll and staff benefits administration
- Maintaining HR records and systems ensuring they are up to date
- Supporting the HR Manager as required
You will have;
- Proven HR experience and/or be CIPD qualified
- Experience of working in a professional services environment
- Great communication and teamworking skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of integrity, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
The salary for this full time, permanent role is up to £35,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 24 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Private healthcare, bonus scheme, EAP and career progression opportunities.
