Liberty Recruitment Group are thrilled to be partnering with a locally renowned organisation in their search for an HR Systems and Operations Manager on a 3 - 12-month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR Operations Team along with system integration projects. You will ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice around recruitment, onboarding and payroll. To be successful in the role you will have experience and be confident in the following;
- Leading on system upgrades and implementation project plans
- Report writing and maintaining an HR Dashboard
- Leading and managing a team
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Providing support for HR system queries and data requests
This position is based in Portsmouth, Hampshire and is offered on a full-time basis. Maximum salary for the role is £50k (FTE) with hybrid working available.
