Liberty Recruitment are absolutely delighted to be partnering with this Client to gain an HRBP. This role is based in Colchester, with the option of hybrid working. This position is offered on a 6-month fixed term basis.
This opportunity will involve approximately 2-3 days of travel each month. You will require a full driving licence and & mileage will be paid.
The main purpose of this role is to act as a key partner to the leadership and management teams, champion a culture of high performance and assist with the design and delivery of commercially
focused people solutions.
Main accountabilities;
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide advice on employment law and best practice as well as coaching on employee relations.
- Leading HR team members (Advisor/Administrator).
- Supporting with HR project work (EDI programmes, Reward & Benefits, Colleague Engagement).
- Ensuring policies and procedures are correct and up to date and are aligned with the needs of the business.
- Analysing trends in HR data.
This position is extremely varied, with no two days being the same. You will have proven HRBP experience, be used to working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a multi-faceted organisation
In return you will be offered a salary circa £45,000, depending upon experience.
