Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with our client in the search for a Marketing Administrator to join their team based in Portsmouth. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for performing marketing administration responsibilities, taking ownership and delivering high quality services both internally and externally.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Assist in the day-to-day management of logistic suppliers
- Complete weekly stock reconciliation ensuring all assets are accounted for
- Assist the rollout and administration of any new processes for the marketing strategy
- Complete the production of end-to-contract notifications
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure queries are solved in an effect manner
You will have the following;
- Strong Excel skills
- Have the ability to adapt well to change
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication
