Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be exclusively working with our client in their search for an Operations Administrator to join their team in Chichester! This is a full-time, permanent role.
In return, you will be offered a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience, plus; 31 days’ annual leave, EAP, and hybrid working (once fully onboarded)!
The role will involve:
- Assisting with facilities and maintenance
- Dealing with invoices and debit notes
- Manage the main company inbox
- Preparing reports for management as required
- Supporting the purchasing manager
- Adhoc projects as they arise
As an individual, you will be highly motivated and have a meticulous eye for detail.
You will need to be a career-driven person and possess strong communication skills.
You will also be able to juggle multiple priorities and remain organised.
