Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit for an Internal Recruiter on a 2-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team during an exciting period of recruitment. We're looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of vacancies.
Based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, this part-time position offers 20–25 hours per week, a salary of up to £35,000 FTE, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact within an organisation dedicated to supporting education and learning.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of vacancies
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert hiring advice
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels
- Screening applications and coordinating the interview process
- Managing offers, pre-employment checks, and supporting candidates through onboarding
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience while promoting the organisation as an employer of choice
About you:
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience within internal recruitment or agency recruitment
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence navigating an ATS
