Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with this Client to recruit a Payroll Manager. This role is based in Southampton and following a successful probation period you can work two days a week from home. Paying up to £47,000, This is a full-time permanent role.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing and directing the company’s payroll procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws; payroll tax obligations; and internal policies.
- Managing and coaching the payroll team to deliver the company’s payroll in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with the HR team and Accounts to ensure colleague information regarding pay is correct monthly.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing all necessary payroll reports.
- Ensuring P11d’s / P60’s are processed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Resolving issues and answering payroll-related questions with empathy and clarity.
As an individual you will demonstrate impeccable organisational skills with great attention to detail. You will be IT literate including the full Microsoft package and will have current knowledge and understanding of PAYE and HMRC regulations.
A CIPP Level 4 or equivalent would be desirable but relevant experience in a Payroll Manager or Team Leader position will be considered. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and an in depth experience of Payroll systems.
