Are you an experienced Procurement Manager, proactive in your approach with the skills to maximise sales and future growth?
Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer who is looking for a Procurement Manager to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Portsmouth to drive the supply chain strategy. This position is a full-time permanent role.
Some of your duties will include:
- Manage the Procurement Team
- Maintain an awareness of regulatory and ISO standards and be a part of audit requirements
- Support the business with supplier negotiations
- Responsible for the accuracy of supplier lead times and communicating these to the business
- Participate in new production selection and supplier risk management forums
As an individual, you will have:
- Technical and commodity procurement experience
- Proven supplier negotiation skills
- ERP Experience, ideally SAP B1 Experience
- Analytical and data-driven
- Proven leadership experience
In return, you will be offered a salary of circa £50,000 depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus! With 25 days holiday + BH, volunteer/charity day, free tea and coffee, free parking, and luxury office surroundings. This position can offer hybrid working – but some flexibility around working hours is required due to the business being multi-national.
