Receptionist role overview:
Based in Southampton, our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues whilst also assisting the wider support team with administrative duties.
What the Receptionist role will involve:
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and directing them as needed
- Assisting with incoming post, deliveries and contractor enquiries
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as archiving and electronic filing
- Covering reception at their Winchester office when needed
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a Receptionist role is essential, preferably using Team telephony
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, including the Microsoft Office package
- A professional, yet approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail
