You will be joining the Commercial & Finance Division to support the overall department, through proactively searching for candidates, bringing in new business and actively promoting our services. You will be part of a fun, supportive and lovely Team.
Some key responsibilities will include;
- Bring in new clients through business development and networking.
- Manage all applications on our Job Boards and respond in a timely manner.
- Write Job Adverts and post onto Job Boards.
- Use initiative to create additional advertising tools where possible.
- Review, format CV’s and create synopsis’ for Clients.
- Arrange interviews and prepare candidates.
- Build strong working relationships with candidates and clients to ensure the recruitment process is smooth and professional.
As an individual you will have;
- Previous experience in recruitment is essential, ideally within an agency environment.
- Experience in business development.
- Passionate about recruitment and relationship focussed.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner.

- A starting salary of circa £30k, depending on experience.
