Job Title: Reward Manager – EMEA

Reward Manager Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Reward professional to work closely with the Global Reward Team, acting as a trusted advisor to the EMEA team.
You will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, implementing and executing compensation programs and policies for the EMEA region, ensuring business objectives are met.
What the Reward Manager role will involve:
- Advising leaders, HR, and employees on rewards-related matters.
- Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of global reward processes.
- Managing and coordinating the annual rewards cycle across EMEA, including salary reviews and bonus distributions.
- Providing regional reward expertise through dashboards and analytical insights for HR and managers.
- Ensuring local reward competitiveness by analysing benchmarking data and market trends.
- Communicating regional reward trends, shifts, and forecasts to the business.
- Ensuring regional and local total rewards programs align with broader business strategies.
- Collaborating on benefits communication, alignment, and support initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of a strong Reward offering, including policy creation, guidelines, and frameworks.
- Maintaining compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations and legislation.
Reward Manager role requirements:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in rewards across the EMEA region – Sweden is key!! South Africa and Dubai would be a bonus.
- Extensive expertise in compensation and benefits.
- Understanding of regional laws and regulations, along with project management capabilities.
- Commercial awareness with a strong business focus.
- Proactively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
