Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of their client portfolio and drive commercial growth. This is a key role in shaping client relationships and supporting ongoing product development.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day client activity and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality products and service
- Oversee client legal documentation and negotiate SLAs where required
- Resolve production issues, balancing commercial needs with client expectations
- Identify business improvement opportunities and support implementation of new processes
- Respond to new enquiries and manage product development for both new and existing clients
- Prepare accurate quotations and critical paths aligned to client briefs
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase account value
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients both on-site and off-site
- Manage re-orders and review costings to ensure commercial integrity
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong knowledge of managing new and existing client projects, including product development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Confidence, credibility and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Strong time management, organisation and deadline discipline
- Skilled verbal communicator with strong listening and advisory capability
- High competency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in making critical decisions when necessary
