Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be working with our client to gain a Talent Acquisition Manager.
This full-time role is offered on a 2-month Fixed Term Contract and reports directly into a fantastic People Director and the salary will be up to £65,000 (pro rata) depending on experience.
This position is offered on a very hybrid basis, with the main place of work being either Guildford or Southampton. There is minimal requirement to be in the office apart from initial induction stage.
The main purpose of this standalone role is to lead the business in optimising the attraction and recruitment of talent to support the company growth plans.
Some of your duties will include:
- Ownership of roles from briefing with hiring manager through to offer
- Being responsible for executive, senior and specialist recruitment headhunting/searches
- Screening/shortlisting/interview booking
- Interview design and appropriate testing
- Offer management, including counteroffers
- Managing relationships with stakeholders and working closely with managers to foresee future recruitment needs
Recruitment experience is imperative, preferably in-house, as well as having strong knowledge of recruiting via social media. Professional services background would also be an advantage.
As a person you will be organised, have excellent stakeholder and communication skills, be a great team player and be very IT literate.
