Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be working with our client to gain a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis. You will report into a very collaborative and supportive Manager and be part of a friendly and professional TA Team. This position is offered on a Hybrid basis, working twice a week at their offices based in Fareham.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the full recruitment cycle for a certain area of the business, supporting Managers and working with external partners. You will support this area in 3 locations and therefore travel will be occasionally necessary. This role is business critical owing to the growth plans and recruitment required to achieve them.
Other responsibilities of the role will include; supporting improvement projects and taking an active involvement in recruitment campaigns.
You would have previously worked in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment and had proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a recruitment agency and an internal recruitment role background.
As a person, you should be confident and knowledgeable, be able to manage stakeholders, push back and challenge when required and meet deadlines. You will therefore need to be organised, have excellent stakeholder and communication skills, be a team player and be very IT literate.
The salary for this role will be up to £40,000 depending on experience. Benefits include;
