Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with our client based in Portsmouth, in the search for a Talent & Recruitment Coordinator. This is a 12 month FTC.
The primary purpose of the position is to support the Recruitment Manager by delivering and shaping the recruitment service across the entire business.
Some of your duties will include:
- Drafting job adverts
- CV searching and screening
- Conducting 1st stage telephone interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Liaising with agencies and headhunting to resource against hard-to-fill roles
- Conducting onboarding processes for new starters
- Careers day support
As an individual, you will have previous recruitment experience either in-house or agency and will be familiar with managing multiple vacancies at any given time.
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised individual who comes with a positive mindset, who can communicate confidently at all levels and is comfortable working at a fast pace.
In return, you will be offered a salary of £27,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, as well as some fantastic benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced pension scheme, life assurance, health & wellbeing services, career development and much more.
