You’ll take the reins of product delivery, lead a distributed team of developers, and be the bridge between product vision, technical execution, and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who loves getting stuck into product strategy but isn’t afraid to dive into the PHP/Laravel/WordPress codebase when needed to review or troubleshoot.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the MVP for our e-commerce marketplace
- Lead and manage a team of 4 offshore developers
- Recruit and grow your own high-performing team as the product scales
- Conduct code reviews and technical assessments (PHP/Laravel/WordPress)
- Drive multiple feedback cycles, improving the product with real-world insights
- Work closely with design and brand teams to shape the user experience
- Take stock of existing team and processes, then optimise them
- Be a hands-on leader who can roll up their sleeves and problem-solve in the trenches
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in product management, from vision through delivery
- Proven experience leading remote teams, ideally in a start-up or agile environment
- Ability to code in PHP/Laravel and review others’ code effectively
- Experience delivering consumer-facing platforms or marketplaces
- Comfortable balancing business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Solid grasp of agile, MVP, and iterative delivery cycles
- UX-aware with a keen eye for detail and quality
Bonus Points
- E-commerce or marketplace experience
- UI/UX design sensibility or past collaboration with design teams
- Experience scaling a product from MVP to full release
