Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic organisation in the search for a Part-Time HR Advisor!
Our client is a fantastic Charity committed to providing a reliable and person-centred service. They are looking for an HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis, who can support managers with ER cases, absence management and general HR administration.
Based in Southampton, this role is paying up to £32,000 FTE. You will work 3 days a week between 9am & 5pm and will report to an approachable and supportive Head of HR.
What you’ll do:
- Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers across the business.
- Coach and guide managers on a range of employee relations and people matters.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of HR and the Recruitment Administrator to deliver an outstanding HR service.
- Complete HR admin tasks such as onboarding documents, probation reviews and reports.
- Field general HR enquiries and escalate to the Head of HR where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven HR experience, specifically with ER cases.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
